Patagonia: Adventure at the Bottom of the World
A multi-sport adventure located in the southern wilds of Chile.
This program is for the girl who wants to experience Southern Patagonia in a variety of different ways. We will be kayaking through the Straits of Magellan and experiencing the local sea life, birds and shipwrecks in this beautiful area. A horse back ride through the wetlands and forests just outside of Punta Arenas with a gaucho will introduce you to the local culture of the Patagonia cowboy. Other highlights will include hiking through areas of Pali Aike National Park, a full day glacier cruise to the Serrano Glaciers and of course a zodiak trip to Marta and Magdalena Islands to see the Magellanic Penguins and sea lions!
Must be 15-18 years old at the time of event.
Participants should be physically fit, able to hike and paddle for at least two hour stretches and have an interest in experiencing a different culture at the bottom of the world.

All technical gear will be provided for you and a detailed to-bring list will be sent to you upon registration. A passport is also required for this journey.
Program Fee: $3,500
Program Fee does not include airfare. You will be responsible for round-trip transportation to/from Chile by way of Miami International Airport. All participants will meet at Miami International Airport on December 26th and depart for Chile that evening. Departure home will begin on January 2nd with an arrival back in Miami on January 3rd.
A $200 deposit will be due immediately upon acceptance to this event (It's part of the event fee, not in addition to it.).
