Still having issues getting your game to work? We want to know! Submit a bug report below to have a Bug Squasher resolve the issue.
A "bug" is something that's wrong with the site, and a bug report is an official record of an issue you're experiencing when creating a game. Keep in mind that the best bug reports are specific. Be sure to provide as much information about your issue as possible so our programmers can find the issue and squash the bug!
Example: A not very helpful bug report
“I tried making a game with my laptop but nothing is happening. Please help me make my game work, I want to share it with my friends”
This bug report doesn't help our Bug Squashers because:
1) It does not provide enough information for the issue to be reproduced – there is no way for a Bug Squasher to know which laptop or browser you’re using.
2) It does not give specifics about the issue – the Bug Squasher will need to know more than the fact that the game simply isn’t working.
Example: A very helpful bug report
“I’m using a Mac computer with OSX 10.9.4 and Chrome version 37.0.2062.94. The game keeps freezing after I choose sound effects and music. I can see the button to continue, but when I click it, nothing happens.”
This bug report is very helpful to our Bug Squashers because:
1) It provides a lot of specific information about the computer and browser the user is on, which lets us recreate the issue.
2) It provides a lot of details about the issue itself, explaining both what the user expected to happen and what actually happened.
