Meet Galia Gichon. She’s a financial planner who runs Down-to-Earth Finance, which helps women make smart decisions about money.

Galia spoke with us about what it really takes to run a company. “When they start, a lot of people focus on the marketing or the plan,” she says. But, according to Galia, the most important word to know is: Budget. “You need to know where your money comes from (your revenue) and what you spend it on (your expenses).”

Galia says that there is one other big thing anyone with a business idea should remember: “If you’re thinking about starting your own business, make it fun.”
