To get inspired, check out our authors on The Studio and our Storytellers videos—like Janie Havemeyer, who writes about unforgettable women in history, and Sue Macy, who writes about women in sports. Or go to our Inspiring Women Timeline to read about game-changing women, like astronaut Sally Ride, first female Supreme Court Justice Sandra Day O’Connor, and civil rights activist Coretta Scott King. And here’s one more inspiring woman—our very own founder Juliette Gordon Low!
The Dare to Dream writing contest is sponsored by Jill Corcoran and Educational Development Corporation. Please don’t send entries to the Girl Scouts. We are not sponsors; we just think this is a cool contest!
